Dann bereite gerne einen Vortrag vor und stelle ihn in den Session-Pitches am Samstag morgen den WordCamp Teilnehmenden zur Auswahl.<\/p><!--more--><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"mce_9\">Wie erfolgt die Auswahl meiner Session?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei einem BarCamp bestimmen die Teilnehmer, welche Vortr\u00e4ge oder Sessions an dem Tag stattfinden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am Samstag und Sonntag findet um 9:30 Uhr ein Session-Pitch statt. Hier kannst du allen Teilnehmenden in ein paar S\u00e4tzen deine Idee pr\u00e4sentieren. Danach wird in die Runde gefragt, ob Interesse an dem Vortrag besteht. Wenn sich mehrere Teilnehmende f\u00fcr dein Thema interessieren, kommt deine Session an das Session-Board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bisher war auf den BarCamps die Wahrscheinlichkeit hoch, auch eine Session halten zu k\u00f6nnen. Es lohnt sich daher, etwas vorzubereiten. \ud83d\ude09 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Mehrheit aller Sessions wird aufgenommen, um sie nach dem WordCamp auf <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.tv\/\">WordPress TV<\/a> zu ver\u00f6ffentlichen und einem internationalen Publikum zug\u00e4nglich zu machen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"mce_2\">Was macht eine gute Session aus?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein gro\u00dfartige Session kann vielf\u00e4ltig sein! Folgende Formate sind m\u00f6glich:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ein <strong>Powerpoint Pr\u00e4sentation:<\/strong> Wie viele Powerpoint Vortr\u00e4ge hast du schon gehalten und auf deinem Rechner? Stelle ein paar davon einfach auf dem WordCamp vor.<\/li><li>Eine <strong>Live-Coding Session:<\/strong> Vielleicht hast du einen Hack ausprobiert und willst ihn einem Publikum pr\u00e4sentieren. Nur zu!<\/li><li>Ein <strong>gemeinsames Brainstorming<\/strong>: Was ist das beste Framework f\u00fcr Devs? Mit dieser Frage lassen sich gro\u00dfartige 45 Minuten f\u00fcllen. Was ist deine Frage?<\/li><li><strong>Diskussionsrunde<\/strong>: Wie kann das Thema Mental Health im Unternehmen vorangebracht werden? Starte einfach eine Diskussion und gestalte damit deine Session.<\/li><li><strong>Sonstige Formate: <\/strong>Dies sind nur ein paar Beispiele. Von Mini-Workshop zu Entspannungs\u00fcbungen. Dir sind nur sehr wenige Grenzen gesetzt.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"mce_4\">Welche Themenbereiche sind m\u00f6glich?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Um den Teilnehmern ein abwechslungsreiches Session-Angebot zu bieten, freuen wir uns auf Sessions in folgenden Themenbereichen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Development<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Design and UX<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Work-Life-Balance<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Online Marketing<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Business<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>E-Commerce<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Content<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Liste ist nicht abgeschlossen und gibt die groben Kategorien wieder. Schaue einfach, wo deine Leidenschaft und Kompetenz liegt und gestalte deine eigene Session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"mce_1\">BarCamp Sessions \/\/ Create your own #WCOS!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In addition to <a href=\"https:\/\/2019.osnabrueck.wordcamp.org\/workshop-uebersicht\/\">eight interesting workshops<\/a>, we want to give all participants the opportunity to present themselves and their expertise at the first WordCamp in Osnabr\u00fcck.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There will be a total of twenty 45-minute sessions (twelve on Saturday, eight on Sunday).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do you have a subject that you are crazy about and where you can bring in your expertise? Then prepare something and present it to the WordCamp participants in the session pitches on Saturday and Sunday morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"mce_23\">How do we select sessions?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At a BarCamp, the participants decide which lectures or sessions take place on the day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Saturday and Sunday, there will be a session pitch at 9:30 am. Here you can present your idea to all participants. After that, all participants will be asked if they are interested in the proposed topic. If a few people show interest (by raising their hand), your session will make it onto the session board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So far there was a high chance to hold a session at previous BarCamps. It is therefore worth to prepare something. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The majority of all sessions will be recorded and published on WordPress TV in order to make the talk available to an international audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What session formats are possible?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A great session can be diverse! The following formats are possible:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>Powerpoint Presentation:<\/strong> How many Powerpoint presentations have you held and saved on your computer? Just present some of them at WCOS.<br> A <strong>live coding session<\/strong>: Maybe you have tried a hack and want to present it to an audience. Go ahead!<br> A <strong>common brainstorming<\/strong>: What is the best framework for Devs? With this question you can fill a great 45 minutes. What is your question?<br><strong> Discussion<\/strong>: How can the topic of mental health be promoted in the company? Just start a discussion and use it to shape your session.<br><strong> Other formats<\/strong>: These are just a few examples. From mini-workshop to relaxation exercises.
